Exchange Policy
At Impervela Perfumes, we strive to ensure you have a great experience with every purchase. If there’s an issue with your order, we’re here to help.
1. Eligibility for Exchange
We offer exchange only in the following cases:
- Damaged product received
- Wrong product delivered
- Missing items in the order
Note: Exchange requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.
2. Non-Eligible Cases
We do not offer exchanges for:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Personal dislike of fragrance
- Used or partially used products
- Minor packaging differences
3. Exchange Process
To request an exchange:
- Contact us via email or WhatsApp within 24 hours
- Share your Order ID + clear unboxing video/photos as proof
- Our team will verify and approve the request
Once approved:
- A replacement will be shipped within 2–4 business days
- Pickup of the original product may be arranged (if required)
4. Important Guidelines
- Unboxing video is mandatory for claims (damage/missing/wrong item)
- Product must be unused and in original packaging
- Claims without proper proof may not be accepted
