Exchange Policy

At Impervela Perfumes, we strive to ensure you have a great experience with every purchase. If there’s an issue with your order, we’re here to help.

1. Eligibility for Exchange

We offer exchange only in the following cases:

  • Damaged product received
  • Wrong product delivered
  • Missing items in the order

Note: Exchange requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.

2. Non-Eligible Cases

We do not offer exchanges for:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Personal dislike of fragrance
  • Used or partially used products
  • Minor packaging differences

3. Exchange Process

To request an exchange:

  1. Contact us via email or WhatsApp within 24 hours
  2. Share your Order ID + clear unboxing video/photos as proof
  3. Our team will verify and approve the request

Once approved:

  • A replacement will be shipped within 2–4 business days
  • Pickup of the original product may be arranged (if required)

4. Important Guidelines

  • Unboxing video is mandatory for claims (damage/missing/wrong item)
  • Product must be unused and in original packaging
  • Claims without proper proof may not be accepted
